I honestly think Misa is strong in her own little way Her parents were both murdered and she herself was almost murdered some time after that and she STILL manages to be cheery and happy and social for others despite the darkness of her past ya know?
oh no i definitely agree that she’s very strong - it’s just not the conventional “i love no one i am stronger than everyone and will not let anyone manipulate me i will manipulate THEM” strength
she knows what she wants and she goes after and she insists on it and she’s kind and cheerful and she tries so hard and oh my god i love misa amane
