thank you for confirming anon! i did know that but it seems weird to me to go off of the japanese pronunciation of a word that presumably isn’t supposed to be japanese? like, i accept that it’s canon but i don’t pronounce it that way because it looks and feels phonetically wrong for how lawliet is spelled in english.

honestly if they wanted it to be pronounced lowlight or lawlight in english why didn’t they give it an english translation that was consistent with that pronunciation?
